Policies & Privacy

Service

 

We provide cross-border support, education and career coaching, interpretation, and consulting services. Specific service details will be outlined in individual agreements or service packages. Scope of Services Disclaimer: Our services are advisory and supportive in nature. We do not provide legal representation, immigration guarantees, or official government services. Clients are solely responsible for their own applications, documentation, and final decisions.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled in advance by appointment only.

• Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• In emergency cases, clients must contact the owner directly to discuss a possible refund or reschedule at our discretion.

• If clients arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and full fees apply.

Booking & Payments

 

• To guarantee any booking, 50% of the total fee must be paid at the time of booking. • The remaining 50% must be paid before the scheduled appointment.

• If full payment is not received prior to the appointment, the session may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in approved emergency cases.

• Accepted payment methods: [bank transfer, PayPal, cash].

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

• Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

• Deposits (50%) are non-refundable, except in emergency cases where a refund may be considered at the owner’s discretion.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment.

• Packages may be refundable or transferable only under special circumstances, at our discretion.

• No-shows without notice will result in full forfeiture of all fees paid.

Confidentiality & Privacy

 

We respect client confidentiality and handle all shared information with care. All client data is stored securely and will never be shared without written consent, except where required by law.

Client Responsibility

 

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information.

• Coaching and consulting are guidance-based; final decisions rest with the client.

Professional Conduct

 

• Dada CBSC maintains a respectful and safe environment for all clients.

• Violence, yelling, disrespect, harassment, or any form of insult will not be tolerated. • Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session/appointment and no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.

Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service if a request is outside our expertise, conflicts with our values, compromises safety, or creates a conflict of interest.

Limitation of Liability

 

Dada CBSC does not provide legal representation, immigration guarantees, or financial advice. We guide, support, and coach clients to make informed decisions, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Force Majeure

 

Dada CBSC will not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (including illness, internet or technical failures, or acts of nature). In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled.

Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided during coaching and consulting (templates, guides, etc.) are the property of Dada CBSC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Communication Commitment

 

We aim to respond to all client inquiries within 48 hours (business days).

Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba.

Client Acknowledgement

 

By booking and paying for services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
